CANCELLATION
Refunds will be made for cancellations received in writing before 18/03/09, less a 20% administration charge,
once a booking has been made and an invoice has been issued. Refunds will not be available for cancellations
received after 18/03/09, although substitutes of delegates may be made at any time providing the organisers are
advised in advance.

SECURITY NAME BADGES
A current passport sized photograph is required for all Speakers and Social Partners (i.e. Spouse, not business
partner).  These can be e-mailed in jpeg format to info@cross-conferences.com or posted to Cross Conferences,
with your name and company printed clearly on the reverse. If you have attended a recent Conference, we will
have a photograph on file.
