Introduction

The 6th Pan-European High Security Printing Conference takes place in 1 - 2 April 2009 at the Hilton Hotel, Warsaw. The Honorary Sponsor at Warsaw is the Polish Security Printing Works (PWPW).

The event will consist of a 2-day Conference with presentations from Speakers who are experts in their field together with a trade exhibition of approximately 30 exhibitors in currency, e-passports and related industries.  Social events provide the opportunities for informal networking and include a Welcome Cocktail Reception on the Tuesday evening before the conference begins and a Gala Dinner on the evening on the Wednesday evening. 

Previous Conferences in the region were held in Prague (2008), Budapest (2007), Sofia (2006), Kiev (2005), Berlin (2004), St Petersburg (2003), Budapest (2002) and Moscow (2001).

Programme

Speakers are generally by invitation only, but if your company wishes to provide a non-commercial presentation, complete a Speaker registration with an abstract so your application may be be considered. Three categories of  sponsorship offer different levels of promotion in the exclusive Sponsors' Exhibition area for the sponsoring companies, as outlined below. All sponsorships include an exhibition booth of varying size and at least 1 free Delegate (Booth Attendant) place.

Premier Sponsor

The main Commercial Sponsor will have the largest exhibition space.

Gold Sponsors

Gold Sponsors will be provided with a large exhibition booth and 1 free Delegate (Booth Attendant place) in the Sponsor's Area.

Silver Sponsors

Silver sponsors will be provided with a 3x2m exhibition booth and 1 free Delegate (Booth Attendant place) in the Sponsor's Area.

Exhibition

The Warsaw exhibition opens during the Welcome Cocktail Reception and runs alongside the 2-day Security Printing Conference. Exhibition fees include 1 booth and 1 Booth Attendant (delegate) and additional exhibitors must register as Delegates. Approximately 30 booths will be available. The Welcome Cocktail Reception and Farewell Drinks are held in the exhibition area to maximise booth visitors.  

The exhibition at Warsaw will be located alongside the conference hall and comprise a mix of 3x2m Standard Booths and 2x1 Mini Booths. Standard booths are for companies wishing to display goods or machinery and/or have space for seated discussions. Mini booths are suitable for small companies requiring only to display literature and with only 1 representative attending to man the booth.

Standard Exhibition Booth

Exhibitors taking a 3x2m standard exhibition booth will have their logo and 150 word company profile included on the Warsaw section of website and in the conference binder, which is provided to all attendees. The logo will be used to provide a direct link to the Exhibitor's website.

Furniture provided with the Standard Booth's comprise of 1 x information counter, 2 x folding chairs, 1 x waste  bin, mains power supply, spotlights and company name board.  Extra furniture and lights will be available for hire.

Mini Booths

Exhibitors opting for a 2x1m mini exhibition booth will have their logo and 100 word company profile included on the Warsaw section of website and in the conference binder, which is provided to all attendees. The logo will be used to provide a direct link to the Exhibitor's website. Mini booths are suitable for small companies requiring only to display literature and with only 1 representative attending to man the booth.

Registration Fees Include:

• Attendance at the Conference

• One copy of the Conference Binder

• One CD of presentations (on request)

• Lunches on both days of the Conference

• Attendance with Social Partner (i.e. Spouse, not business partners) at the Welcome Cocktail Reception and Gala Dinner

Registration Fees Exclude:

• Travel to and from Warsaw

• Hotel accommodation

• Personal or subsistence expenses

• Visa procurement

PAYMENT

• Payments to be made in Euros (€)

• Payments can be made in Pounds Sterling at the current rate of exchange by UK registered companies

• Payments to be made by bank transfer, bank draft, cheque or credit card

• Full payment must be received before the Conference commences

• Admission is restricted to registered attendees only

CANCELLATION

All cancellations incur a 20% administration charge once a booking has been made and an invoice issued. Refunds will be made for cancellations made in writing and received before 18 March 2009 less a 20% administration charge. No refunds will be made after this date but substitutes may be made if the Organisers are informed in advance.

Security Badges

A current passport sized photograph is required for all Exhibitors and Social Partners (i.e. Spouse, not business partner).  These can be e-mailed in jpeg format to info@cross-conferences.com or posted to Cross Conferences, with your name and company printed clearly on the reverse. However, if you attended a recent Conference, we will have a photograph on file.
