We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for large conferences and exhibitions. For smaller events and meetings, 2-3 months is typically sufficient. However, we do accommodate last-minute requests based on availability. Contact us directly for urgent bookings.

We offer everything from coffee breaks to full gala dinners. Our culinary team specializes in international cuisine with dietary accommodations (vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, etc.). Custom menus are available upon request. Minimum catering orders may apply based on event size.

Basic AV (microphones, projectors, screens) is included with all venue rentals. Premium 8K systems, spatial audio, and hybrid streaming setups are available as add-ons. Our AV team provides full technical support throughout your event. Custom configurations can be arranged.

We have a 3,000-space covered parking garage connected to the venue with EV charging stations. Self-parking is $15/day or $50 for event days. Valet service is available at $40/event day. Group rates and reserved sections can be arranged for large events.

Absolutely. Cross Plains Conference Center is fully ADA compliant with wheelchair-accessible entrances, elevators to all floors, accessible restrooms, and designated parking spaces. We also provide sign language interpreters, assistive listening devices, and can accommodate service animals. Please let us know your specific accessibility needs when booking.

Yes! We specialize in hybrid events that seamlessly connect in-person and virtual attendees. Our infrastructure includes multi-camera production studios, high-speed streaming capabilities, interactive platforms with live Q&A and polling, and dedicated technical support. We handle everything from setup to execution.
